The data ( transactions ) we need to be uploaded from the previous years for the assets , but the issue that the previous years is already closed in the system and some of them not opened , our fiscal calendar in system is starting from 01-01-2021 and the transactions which are related to these assets in 2019 and 2018 and we already closed the year 2021 and we already generate the financial statements and the years 2019,2018 not available in the system in the origin.
so is there any solution can cover this issue.

In addition to that:
We went live on the ERP (Dynamics 365) from the 1st of January 2021. However, we applied the IFRS16 for asset leasing. All the previous contracts from previous years have been added previously in 2018 and 2019 and we cannot edit or add these transactions because the fiscal year is closed. Also, there are no records of these transactions on the ERP since we went live on 2021. There must be a solution to this to able to manually enter transactions from previous years.
