Basically change the system maintenance downtime to stay away from the 1st weekend and last weekend of the month for the finance applications. Especially would like only one system maintenance downtime for January versus two and to have January's maintenance not scheduled for the 1st weekend after a holiday weekend or the 1st weekend of the month. With this financial ERP, there are several modules that need to get tasks done to close the books for the month and year end and have several large transaction processes that need to be completed over the 1st weekend and last weekend of the month.
