Wish there is an option to easily encrypt a team member-employee resume. Not featuring option to encrypt resume, all management may potentially have access on resumes visualization, rather then having the option to encrypt certain fields for certain team members.
Featuring encryption may enhance system security, confidentiality, data reliability, intellectual property if any, or other.
