I propose two enhancements to the Business Central Admin Center that could significantly improve the management and coordination of our client environments.


1. Descriptive Notes for Environments: It would be highly beneficial to introduce a ‘Notes’ field within the Admin Center. This field would serve as a dedicated space for administrators to document the ongoing activities associated with each environment. By providing a clear description of the work being conducted, we can foster better awareness among our consultants. This feature would mitigate the risk of inadvertently deleting an environment that is actively in use, ensuring that critical testing processes are not disrupted.


2. User Assignments for environment: Furthermore, the ability to assign specific users from our Partner account or client to a particular environment would be a valuable addition. This assignment mechanism would enable consultants to identify the primary point of contact for each sandbox. Consequently, they can efficiently coordinate with the assigned user to confirm the completion of their tasks before making any changes to the environment.


These enhancements would not only streamline our internal operations but also enhance collaboration across our consulting teams.
