Hi,
At the minute, with Dynamics 365 for Outlook, you can see the list of your contacts in outlook and also you have the option to see all contacts in the CRM.
However it is not posible to select a contact in the CRM and "download it" to your Outlook contact list.
This would be a huge improvement for user adoption.
