Microsoft's 'low code/no-code' ideology just doesn't apply to an Events Portal.

Marketeers are the users of the solution, so why can't Microsoft strip the Events Portal away from the Angular framework (that no other Microsoft Portal uses) and make it more user-friendly to customise?

Changing a company logo should not require development. As it stands, all users can control with no development are the Event Registration forms and very little else.
