I just came back to Microsoft after several years at a lower quality CRM and ERP system. When I was at Microsoft formerly, I was able to access my D365 apps by simply logging into my M365 account. These apps were in a separate section called "Business Apps" but they were in the same window as my regular M365 apps (word, powerpoint, project, etc.).

I just launched my D365 environment and Microsoft support said that accessing my D365 Apps from the M365 apps area is no longer a possibility and that this was a feature update from Microsoft. I'll put it very bluntly: This was a terrible feature update!!!

Microsoft's major advantage over all of your competitors is the M365 dashboard where ALL of our apps (including several non-microsoft apps, such as Calendly and Zoom) can be accessed in a single spot. Ease of access and navigation makes our business lives more efficient.

Now, I need to have two separate links and go to two separate areas to perform daily business functions. Not good!!

Please bring back the ability to access our D365 apps in the M365 Apps access area!!
