Contacts in outlook getting duplicated when Outlook contacts synchronized with CRM and iPhone.
Many users use iPhone to access email as well as contacts.
CRM contacts synchronization clashes with iPhone Contact synchronization and causes duplicates of Contacts within Outlook.
This is not desirable to a large subset of users.
