Enhance the Dynamics product to allow user to render an email in Outlook format directly from a CRM form even if user doesn't already have the tracked email in Outlook folder. Here are some example situations:
1) After opening a CRM email form, allow user to render it in Outlook format.
2) When user opens CRM email record from a CRM form, such as an activity sub-grid on the Opportunity form, allow the email to open rendered in Outlook format.
3) When forwarding or replying within CRM email form, automatically include user's Outlook email signature block.

This request is because the CRM email form is clunky to manage (change from/to/cc, forward, reply, lack of signature block, etc.) Users would much prefer to work with Outlook email forms.
