When we sync the outlook with CRM the custom fields in the contact form in CRM should also get synched with the outlook contacts So that when I open a contact in outlook I can see all the custom fields which are added from the CRM.




Thank you for your feedback. I believe you are speaking of the Outlook Contact. Unfortunately we can only sync the contact data to Outlook that the Outlook Contact form already has. If Outlook doesn't support a custom field, there's no way for CRM to sync that field as there is no place on the Outlook Contact for CRM to save the data. As an alternative, simply find the contact in the Contact grid and open the CRM Contact from there to view all custom data. Use the Outlook Add-In's Offline feature for offline access to your contacts. Thank you, Tony S.
