All other areas of D365 HR auto save after data has been entered, why does performance reviews behave any different, Can comments added to goals on reviews be autosaved rather than rely on workers click post, in my experience people are liable to forget causing them to need to re enter and duplicate effort.

This is mind-boggling to me but I am not sure why you decided to decline this feature. This has been a big-time sore point for users in our organisation for saving performance reviews making this whole HR module unpopular. As a workaround, we have to advise users to first prepare their text on a Word document before pasting it into the review comments so that they are saved from effort of retyping their comments. You will agree that this is not ideal user experience. As it is employees are upset with a lot of other things in an organisation and couple that with lousy user experience on an application which does not save their work on clicking Save. According to me, and logically as well, once the Save button on the top action menu is clicked, all comments should get posted. Alternately, you can introduce a Save & Post All button on the action menu, if you wish to retain the original Save button.
