D365 Sales & D365BC Integration Unit of Measure

Currently the integration between D365 Sales & D365BC is only bringing the Base Unit of measure across as well as only the customer price group pricing for the base UOM. The suggestion is that we bring over all of the UOM associated with items and customers.

Thank you for your feedback. We released this feature as part of the functionality in Use multiple units of measure when synchronizing items and resources to Dynamics 365 Sales in Business Central 2021 release wave 2.

I created another idea that was closed as duplicate.
Add this comment to this idea to get it completed because this idea does not incluide any reference to Sales Unit of measure and Purchase Unit of measure.

"Please when a new Item is created on Dynamics 365 Sales the only Unit of Measure that is fulfilled is Base Unit of Measure.

We need this value to be validate so the Sales Unit of Measure and the Purchase Unit of Measure is also fulfilled as the actual behaviour does when a new Item is created directly on BC.

This is stopping the Sales Order Processing because the BackOffice has to complete this information manually when the SalesPeople, from Dynamics 365 Sales, tell the BackOffice that they have created a new Order (by phone or mail)"
