The current Microsoft documentation says that drip scheduling is available and apparently with an update it was removed.

Our business utilized drip scheduling for out technicians so they can only see 1 booking at a time. Drip scheduling is a must for our business because without out technicians would assume they were completed for the day and leave and by doing so, would leave additional calls that were not scheduled to them as not run. We provide a service to our customers that allows for appointment to be worked into a set schedule. If our techs leave for the day after seeing all their bookings, then we would not be able to serve our "work in" customers. Our schedule board fluctuates during the day and just because they see their schedule at the beginning of the day doesn't mean it will stay the same and that is why we use drip scheduling so the schedule can be changed throughout the day.
