Currently, Dual-write does not recognize changes that only affect letter casing in text fields. For example, when a contact name is changed from"ALEXANDRA SONIA WILLIAMS" to"Alexandra Sonia Williams", the update is saved successfully in the source application but is not synchronized to the target system. This behavior has been confirmed as a product design limitation where Dual-write does not perform case-sensitive change detection for these fields.
