The ongoing conversation dashboard need more information. For example, how long has it been since the customer sent the last message. Currently, the dashboard only shows when the conversation was created.

Another point, in the current dashboard, the supervisor can only monitor conversations with Active status. However, it is very important to monitor the Open status, in order to see what that customer is waiting for service and, if so, transfer him to a correct queue.
