When sending e-mails in a customer journey in OBM, there is a feature called Planning, where it is possible to specify the timeframes in which the e-mails may be send. Unfortunately, this feature is not implemented in RealTime.


Case: A business only wants to sent e-mails on weekdays between 10:00hr and 17:00hr. Please consider to implement this very helpful feature in RTM. Thank you!
