For Dynamics 365 F&O (Axapta V8 for goodness sakes!) the relatively new feature "Custom Scripts" will fail in testing if your script attempts to present a dialog box.

The workflow does allow for multiple runs of a custom script before it is marked as finished/complete. The workflow suggests that there could be multiple runs of a custom script before it is marked complete BUT how does one interact with the user if it can't present a dialog box?

We have a case where we want to fix data in production BUT we need to coordinate with users before correcting that data by warehouse. So, we want to run the script by warehouse. There are warehouses in different time zones and we do this fix when WH is low in activity or closed.

Currently, this is not possible, you get a TTSBEGIN/TTSCOMMIT error. Support considered this not a bug but a feature request. So, up vote this if you think it should work!
