We miss two additional columns in the LCS -> Manage incidents form. One column showing the module in D365 and another the area within the module. When creating a new incident, we need to add this information, so this information is already available, and will help us a lot when we are searching for possible incidents for the modules that we individually are working with. We have a strong collaboration and knowledge sharing culture, and this would help us and save time for us.
