Typically when submitting a PO or other forms to a workflow, the submission button that drops down contains the title and some description of the Workflow the PO is submitted to. However, we find that when a Purchase Agreement is clicked to be submitted to workflow, no Workflow title or information can be displayed on the submit button. Both workflows do have a title and test description, but this title does not appear for purchase agreement workflows. This behavior has been seen in Dynamics 365 F&O version 10.0.6 and version 8
