In the Project Operations app, while creating a project—specifically for presales activities where the project is not yet confirmed—we often have employees submitting timesheets as part of their presales effort.

However, once the project gets confirmed and we attempt to convert the quote to a contract, the system does not allow the conversion due to the existing presales timesheet entries. It appears that this functionality is currently not supported.

This is a common and valid scenario across IT service organizations, where presales efforts are logged prior to contract finalization. The system should ideally support seamless quote-to-contract conversion even when presales timesheets exist.
