Contact forms should have the ability to see the Dynamic lists that contacts are a part of - MSOFT advises that it's not possible due to the dynamic nature of segments/lists but it could be read only to show that they're a member.

You also cannot remove members manually from the lists, they have to match criteria specifically or rejected specifically.
