A policy where employees get to exchange their place with another employee for a temporary period of 6months on a project-basis, to understand the working culture of that organization, can be within a country or outside country as well with time this policy can be expanded. So suppose i work in EYGDS and if i want to work in Microsoft, EY and Microsoft would collaborate together to make this happen and if this program gets into place this would increase exposure of employees and create a positive community around it.
