I would like to see the app-name in the Tell Me (ALT+Q) list. It would make things clearer to the user if the list would show the name of the app responsible for the page, report etc.
It could also be that there are multiple entries with the same caption from different apps.
The base app name should not be displayed. Only names from other installed apps.

Having the app name AND the context (the parent group from the role explorer(s)) added to the search results would make things a lot clearer.
