Hi Jose -- the issue requires both a server and client side fix. The server side fix has been fixed in service update 52 (9.1.0.5229). The client side fix is expected to be released towards the end of August. The client side build will likely be 9.1.0.7212 or higher. In addition you will also need to go to your orgdborgsettings and activate TrackAppointmentsFromNonOrganizer, set it to true. Clients will need a registry key added to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\MSCRMClient\ it needs to be a Dword32 named AllowDelegateToTrack with a value of 1. While testing please keep in mind that appointments are tracked asynchronously � meaning there will be a delay. Thanks, Henning Petersen
