We have faced a scenario where on business central admin center > environments > manage apps, when starting an extension update installation, in some cases the update gets stuck on update more than usual (for an extension that usually takes minutes it may stuck over a day). The thing is, considering a partner managing dozens of ENVs, they have to manually check for this otherwise they won't know if stuck.

So, the idea is to add the option for sort of notification reception or alert for extension updates when passing a certain time threshold/limit, and also for this to have an effect on our backend (as an example that when certain errors/issues are faced automatically the backend is notified and an automated action takes place)

Also, it would be of great use to add a button to be able to cancel the extension installation when stuck to be able re do it instead of doing this through other workarounds.

In addition, if there may be a field added or a way to show an estimated time calculation for the extension to get updated/deployed in order to estimate the progress/downtime if needed and so on
