Reset value "Maximum No. of Attempts" to 0 for Job Queue entries

The "Maximum No. of Attempts" value for Job queue should be reset to zero once the job queue run successful after it run on an error before. So the counter starts every time new.

I believe you ment No. of Attempts to Run, that should be reset.

Small correction the full name of the field is called "Maximum No. of Attempts to Run"
