All German Clients Need to Report to the German Central Bank the so called Foreign Trade and Payments Ordinane. Neither a Report containing the desired Information exists nor the possibility directly Report it. Content of the Report: In accordance with Section 11 of the German Foreign Trade Act (AWG) in conjunction with Section 67 (1) No. 1 of the German Foreign Trade Regulation (Außenwirtschaftsverordnung - AWV), payments by non-residents or, for their account, to residents must be reported by the residents. Likewise, payments by residents to non-residents must be reported by residents in accordance with § 67 (1) (2) AWV. Excluded from the obligation to notify are according to § 67 Abs. 2 AWV: Payments not exceeding EUR 12,500 or whose equivalent does not exceed EUR 12,500 (splitting into several installments to avoid reporting is not permitted); Payments for goods imports or exports, as these are already covered by the export declarations or customs declarations; Payments for short-term loans of no more than 12 months duration, as these are repaid within one year and thus would not affect the annual statistics or unnecessarily distort them. Payments in this context means not only the movement of money, but also the offsetting and offsetting of amounts, as well as the bringing in of property and rights in companies, branches and permanent establishments (§ 67 Abs. 2 AWV).

What is the status about that idea? In Germany, it's a legal requirement to report all incoming and outgoing payments wich are >12.500,- Euro and outside Germany to the German central bank via a "Z4"-Report.
