When setting up a customer journey, you have the ability for the emails to stop running, by setting up a trigger after the email if the person clicks on link, opens, or bounces, but there is no option for you to stop the journey when the REPLY or RESPOND. Our sales & marketing team use customer journeys a lot to nurture their leads, and now they have to manually remove the person from the journey if the person responds, so that person doesn't keep getting the "fake" emails afterwards. Please provide this option, so we can automate this process for our Sales & Marketing teams.
