Add the ability to make some changes to POs without the need to recall and approve it again. There are several ways this could be done - at the simplest format if the subtotal amount doesn't increase beyond a certain percent from the originally approved amount that is input by a GP setup window and field option it can be allowed as option 1. Option 2 would be to give the setup options to flag a field change as needing to trigger a recall or not - for example changing promised date not requiring a recall.
