Many of our customers want balance to be accrued on a daily or weekly basis, but contractually give their employees a specific number of days per year. With only 2DP for accrual amount this can build in a lot of inaccuracy across the year.

For example, if you have an allowance of 25 days per year accruing daily, you can either accrue 0.06 days per day which comes to only 21.9 days in total, or 0.07 days per day which comes to 25.55 days in total, i.e.: the company loses more than half a day per year per employee.

Firstly, I would like to see the Accrual amount on a plan or plan tier to have much more accuracy than 2DP. Also, because many companies want their employees to get exactly what it says in their contracts, I would like to be able to specify the accrual amount for the year and the system ensure that all accruals for that year come to exactly that amount.
