Support appointment content in "MS Word documents type" formatting

We have the problem that the appointment description of Outlook appointments in Dynamics 365 is sporadically formatted as "MS Word documents type" after successful synchronization.


This formatting cannot be displayed within views or can only be displayed incorrectly.

The incorrect display looks as follows: "21 false false false DE X-NONE X-NONE"
