The standard aging definition in our group of companies is more than 6 aging buckets. The workaround is to have multiple aging definitions that have the additional definitions and they are combined later. Ideally all this extra work would not be necessary.

Example with 8 buckets:
Not overdue (Current)
>=31 days to 60 days
>=61 days to 90 days
>=91 days to 120 days
>=121 days to 150 days
>=151 days to 1 year
>1 year

Buckets should be flexible for customizable as per the policy.

There should be flexibility for terms for aging bucket, as the requirement may change in future.

Also, Current policy is to have provision for bad debts for greater than 180 days is 50%.

That bucket is not available in above.

I did a custom for almost each of my project where I deploy credit and collection. If it could be a standard feature it will be very helpful.
