We should be able to integrate Business Central natively with the Field Service Application as the Service Management does not cover scheduling or the Mobile App for technicians.

I would echo the other comments. My company has implemented Field Service for one of our customers and they asked that it be integrated to a new finance system. We naturally looked at Business Central and sunk a lot of time and effort attempting to use the Dataverse connector. We also had an open service request with Microsoft for 5 weeks looking into this before being told that it would not be possible. This has been a very disappointing experience for us as an integrator and the customer.

Can you imagine the conversations we have with customers when they say "We love the look of Field Service in the Dynamics range can we have that with our Business Central from the Dynamics range" and we have to explain that even though they're all Dynamics that Microsoft don't have a standard integration and that the one that they do advertise (Sales) doesn't really work very well.

It's a necessity

This integration should be made available.

Please add this. I think with the CDS it shouldn't be too hard to implement. As the integration is done with other products over the connectors since some time it should be possible.

Field Service covers lot more business processes, than what BC's service mgmt module can cover. Yet, FS requires an accounting solution for which BC fits in nicely. So if these 2 have native integration, the combination will be very powerful.

This is a critical requirement
