Work force managers need the ability to export 'Contact Center Users' (copilot service admin center > user management > enhanced user management) to show all users with skills and skill(s) proficiency. Currently that view is not exportable and the classic view does not show the skills and proficiency. This leads to work force managers having to find and review all users manually and is not sustainable when there are hundreds of users who are constantly having proficiency updated.

It would also be ideal to be able to import changes back in and to have the ability to edit multiple attributes for users at once in the system without having to re-select the list of users to edit each time.
