When manually booking an appointment there needs to be some notification to the user booking the appointment if they have double booked. Ideally there should be a switch that either displays a notification but lets the booking continue or a notification and the user is prevented from creating the booking altogether.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for the feedback. There are checks in place to check to avoid accidental double bookings when the User clicks the 'book' button on the Schedule Board or Schedule Assistant multiple times. However, we do not want to block the User from Re-booking/double booking if the User wants to do this on purpose.
