MS D365FO Call centre module enables configurable full text search on products/customers/prospects using an index, which can be setup under Sales and Marketing > Setup > Search > Search criteria. Product fields selected as a criteria, are periodically indexed by the background process, which enables product search by given words in the sales order entry form.
