When a customer uses more than one payment method the Shopify Order cannot translate this into a BC Invoice/Order because there is only one Payment Method value in BC. This creates an open AR transaction now.

It is very common for a customer to use a gift card and credit card in any setting, but in a POS setting, it is possible to leverage cash, gift cards, credit cards, checks and even have more than two payment methods, though 2 is most common. In high volume retail POS settings, the volume of split payments is significant and creates a notable backlog of manual work to find the transactions in Shopify/BC Shopify Orders to close out what now is open AR.
