Wish there is an option to future feature option to identify realized and unrealized skill level development scorings on year end closings transfers, not featuring year end closings scorings on assets, liabilities or potential equities, we may not easily tracking human capital retention, promotion development, skill development transfer from cases or marketing content, or field service diagnosis, etc..

REMARK: I meant skill level realized or unrealized scorings at year end closings generated from cases, marketing content, knowledge cases, field service diagnosis, for purpose of skill assets, liabilities, with objective to set eligible classify human capital, human resources retention, human resource liabilities, order entry authorized item selling, etc..
