For container types, you can set up default dimensions such as length, width, and height. However, there are scenarios where warehouse workers need to update these dimensions during the packing process, especially when they vary per order. Currently, updating these dimensions during packing is not possible. It would be handy to provide warehouse employees with the ability to update container dimensions either via the pack screen or through the mobile app.

Thank you for your feedback. This is a great suggestion!

Currently this is not in our roadmap; however, we are tracking it and if we get more feedback and votes, we may consider it in the future.

This is a scenario which I also had to deal with. Our approach (customization) was to add the following:In container types we have minimum and maximum values for measurements and maximum volumeIn container types we added Flexible dimension checkboxes (only those should be changed by the user)When you close a container the system shows you not only weight but then one by one dimensions marked as flexible (according to container type) with 0 value. User must enter the dimension value and it must be between min and max. At the end also a volume is validated against maximum one (if it is not 0).I think something like this could be a standard solution for the D365 SCM system.
