A separate page (A production report) which could present a report of Planned vs Achieved production in terms of consumed Work center/machine capacity, materials, man hours (&, if necessary, used process if alternate BOMs/Alternate routings are available) in a tabular &/or graphical format with different color codes will be of great use for leaders & managers to track KPIs.

Currently the order statistics shows this in terms of costs only instead of the differential units.

Also, this report is only available per production order & needs to be configured to other settings.

e.g., Statistics for production of one item over a period of time, Statistics of one work center over a period of time, etc.

Basically, consolidating a number of production orders & journal entries to track accuracy/efficiency/Productivity/yield of the processes.
