At a view with Editable grid enabled, lookup field column does not provide a good user experience.
When we intend to change the field value, once it has any value like default, we need to delete it to get lookup list. This is not a simple operation and spoil editable grid advantage.
Editable grid should show lookup list without being deleted the field value but just being clicked the cell.

There should also be a hyperlink on lookup fields, similar to read-only views. E.g., Account name on Opportunity view.
