Hi,

Our customer asks why Email Status tiles do not update immediately after when emails were sent or deleted.


1) Click Email Status to open "Failed Emails in Outbox" or "Draft Emails in Outbox" in Role Center

2) Open Outbox and delete/send email

3) Back to Role Center

4) The number on the tile of "Failed Emails in Outbox" or "Draft Emails in Outbox" is still the same as before.


The user needs to reload the browser to update the number on the tile of "Failed Emails in Outbox" or "Draft Emails in Outbox".

I think this feature makes users confused whether they send or delete their emails or not.

Is it possible to update the number updated immediately when Outbox is updated?
