There are issues of field character length mismatch between some out of the box fields in D365 Sales and D365 Finance e.g. Address1 County field has 10 character length in Sales and 30 in Finance. This can result in data loss. I would suggest an enhancement in dual-write setup to verify the fields data type and character limits etc while setting up maps.
