The Job card terminal and the job car device support various file types for detailed work instructions. By adding an image or pdf file on the Operation as an external document, and setting this document type on the document groups, it is shown perfectly in the preview. On the detailed work instruction, which you would like to setup on the route operation, only the document type of 'Notes' is supported. In order to enable the 'Advanced work instructions', please enable all file types on the route description section.
