Using Data Export Service we can create a replica of any selected entity on Azure SQL server. Post which it synchronized according to the change you make in Dynamics 365.
Suggestion : There should be an option to control the sync so that we can avoid deleting of records from Azure SQL server even if the record is deleted from Dynamics 365

The Data Export Service should be configurable, If the entity is selected for the record deletion should not happen in Azure SQL Database. This will help while integrating Power BI with Azure SQL Database for management purpose.
There should be some identification once the records are deleted from Dynamics 365 but the same is available in Azure SQL Database.
