Allow the modification of "Default Values" for attributes inherited from a parental item category.
Example: Furniture has to have a MATERIAL attribute, even though the value is not known at this level. But at a lower level, a WOODEN TABLES category would know the material is WOOD and should therefore overwrite the "blank" material from the FURNITUTE parent category at the lower level.
