Wish there is an option to easily process workflow approval for vacant job positions.

Thank you for your suggestion. The functionality described is available today in Dynamics 365 for HR.  When creating a new position a workflow can be initiated.  Please add a new Idea with additional details if the above description does not meet your requirements.
