It would be useful to be able to restrict visibility of certain leave and absence plans by security role (in a similar way to the way you can restrict comp plans by security role). The reason for suggesting this is because I am currently implementing D365 for HR for a Global Company in which there are multiple countries per Legal Entity. We want to be able to restrict visibility of the absence records (specifically the reason codes field) for different HR users. The GDPR concern is that we could have a HR user in Asia Pac seeing the sickness reason for workers in the UK and visa versa, We cannot hide the field as each user is required to see this information for workers in their own country.
