Currently employees can make any kind of modifications on the performance goals and activities with respect to Title and Descriptions. It shall be good to have a provision for the manager once goals and journals are added to reviews, the title and descriptions can be locked. Manager should also have a control to decide to stop editing any goal details other than progress and journals.


This shall help organization to set up yearly goals and employees shall not able to modify the details with respect to content once accepted by manager.
