Email tracking is missing emails in Dynamics 365 Sales. Emails get missed when a user moves or deletes emails before Dynamics 365 can track them.
Currently Server-side sync is designed to track only the emails that are present in the Inbox folder. Emails that are deleted or moved to other folders will not be tracked.
Sever side sync should also track the email when it is getting deleted or move it to other forder
